Welcome to my Juice Fast

Hi, I'm Mathew! After much reading and video watching, I've decided to to a 60 day juice fast. I created this website, primarily just so that I could keep a record of the fast. I'm making it public because I want to share this experience with others.

Sharing with others

I'm just an average American. My focus is going to be recording my experience and not necessarily catering to any audience. If you don't like my views, beliefs, personality, lighting, shaky camera, etc. then please feel free to leave and never visit again. I'm sharing this because it might be a resource for others, and if it is, great!

The Plan

Trying to take a common sense approach, I'm going to be juicing a mixture of vegetables and fruits. I'm doing this to reset my body and mind. Going without food and just drinking vegetable and fruit juice will allow me to retrain my tastebuds and food cravings.

I'm going to keep track of my food costs, food weight, amount of juice and water drunk, my weight loss and anything else I can think of. I'll be weighing myself at the start and then at the end of each week.
